Face Masks Required
To help protect yourself and others, JFK Long Term Parking Inc. requires all guests and employees to wear masks or face coverings on our shuttles. If you forget your mask, not to worry. We’ve got you covered! A limited supply of complimentary masks will be available on our shuttles. Employee's temperatures are taken and recorded at the start of every shift.
Limiting Seating Capacity on Shuttles
We are blocking select seats on all of our shuttles. Members of the same party will be able to sit together during this time.
Regular Disinfectant Shuttle Cleanings
All shuttles have been treated with antimicrobial products, and on top of that, are cleaned 3-4 times per day with disinfectant products.
Hand Sanitizer Stations
Hand sanitizer is available on our shuttles for your convenience.
Optional Luggage Assistance
JFK LTP has always offered first-class service, including trunk-to-terminal shuttle service with luggage assistance. This service is still available for any guest who requests it. Our shuttle drivers will be sure to use protective barriers when handling your luggage.
5 Hour Grace Period
We allow a 5 hour grace period from the time you park before you incur any extra charges. Other parking lots charge a new full day or an hourly charge for every hour extra over a 24 hour period. We allow a five hour grace period before any additional charges apply.
Customer Service Is Our Specialty
When you park with us we handle your bags and get you to your departure gate in a flash. There's no waiting in the rain or cold for a shuttle to come along or dragging your bags through a huge parking lot. We check you in, fast, load your bags into one of our brand new vans and take you right to your terminal at JFK. Our shuttle vans are smaller and more personal than the huge busses you find at the other parking lots that can make dozens of stops before getting to your airline. Personal service is what puts us ahead of the other parking facilities. We take the stress out of getting to JFK International airport.
Secure Parking Area
Our fenced parking area is gated and manned 7 days a week. Our JFK parking lot is watched by our staff and is also under camera surveillance.
When you return to JFK airport your car will be ready!
Our goal is to get you on your way home as fast as possible, so we'll pick you up right after you collect your bags and bring you back to your waiting car. You car will be temperature adjusted and ready to go!
